About The Practitioner

I take an integrative approach to massage and bodywork, focusing on the whole person. Beyond Neuromuscular and Swedish techniques, I have extensively studied and practiced Craniosacral therapy, Myofascial bodywork, nervous system regulation, pre/perinatal bodywork and eastern healing modalities. I strive to seek out the source of constrictions in the body and work in concert with the body's innate messaging and healing systems to optimize restoration and health.

Beyond hands-on bodywork, I facilitate body-centered approaches in healing PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and relational adversity. I am also Professional Life Coach.

I graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and minor in Human Development (Early Childhood) in 1998. I graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington DC in 2005. I hold licenses in Washington DC, Maine and Virginia and am a professional member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.  In my off time, you'll find me in the woods, on the dance floor, crafting a tale or two... or maybe dancing in the woods while crafting a tale.

I welcome clients ages newborn to 115 from all backgrounds, creeds and orientations.
